O&M MANUALS
O&M Manuals, also known as Operations & Maintenance Manuals, are a compilation of all the information required for the operation, maintenance, decommissioning and demolition of a building or structure. Typically the contents of the manual are defined as part of the tender documentation. Manuals can be sub-divided into sections, or even standalone binders, covering each area within the project from equipment, electrical, plumbing, etc.
PIANO HINGE
BINDERS
Standard piano hinge binders are 3-5" and hold 900-1000 pages. These binders comes with an internal post hinge and locking mechanism to hold documents.

Organize your O&M manual with custom tabs. Binder tabs can be:
1. With or without lamination
2. Clear or colour lamination
3. Available in any tab cut size
(Standard sizes are 2, 4 or 8-bank)
4. Optional reinforced holes

In Terms of page size we have the following options available:

If 11"x17" are required, it will be folder to 8.5"x11"

2-4" expandable cloth and buckram vinyl-wrapped binders hold up to 700 sheets. These binders comes with an internal post hinge and locking mechanism to hold documents.

Should the binder tabs be laminated or not and if laminated then

Volumes of binders required and how many copies of each?
Volumes of binders depends on total number of pages inside every kind of binder. The
number of pages according to binder size is as follows:

2”-4” Maximum of 700 pages

3”-5” Maximum of 900 pages
